Who We Are
GroceryShare is a community platform that connects neighbors who want to split bulk grocery items and local deals. We are not a commercial grocery service, and we do not delivery groceries.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own safety and transactions.
- You must be 18 or older to use GroceryShare.
- You agree to treat all GroceryShare members with respect.
- You will share the cost of your groceries as agreed.
- You will not use GroceryShare for commercial purposes.
Our Responsibilities
- We provide the platform but are not responsible for individual transactions between GroceryShare members, users, or neighbors.
- We will promptly act on reported safety concerns.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Do not share your email, login name, or password with anyone.
- You will provide accurate information when registering. GroceryShare only requires a name and email address. We never ask for banking information or your address.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. We also reserve the right to delete and block any member who is found to be rude, threatening to members, or refusing to pay for their share of groceries.
Changes to Terms
GroceryShare may update these terms as needed. Updated terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
